Our aim whilst developing our apartment was to offer our client's accommodation that we would be pleased to spend our holiday in. With this in mind we sincerely hope that you will find it all that you expect it to be.
Without fail our client's to date have reported it to be so, enjoying their stay with us; and in their words "a real home from home" or "looking forward to returning each day to a haven".
Clients have their own terrace to breakfast on in the morning sun. As the sun moves around onto the pool terrace, so sun worshipping, if required is possible to nightfall
We are a very social couple in our early 50's enjoying the company of our client's to whatever degree that they may desire. That may range from a night out with them for dinner or to just a friendly "Good Morning" and "Goodnight".
Many of our guests stay with us while they search for their dream home, so go on to become friends or neighbours.
The extra large walk in shower never fails to impress our visitors.
The furnishings are cheerful and colourful. Our kitchen contains all that we would like to have for self-catering. We always ask clients for their input of how we could improve our service to them, their comments although few and far between are always taken on board.
After a life long dream we took the plunge and left the UK in August 2004, never regretting our decision at all. Spaniards are a wonderfully welcoming race and we have found them to be genuinely open and hospitable, in fact although we know many ex pats here our real friends are our Spanish neighbours.
Nearby are many beautiful rural villages with typical Valencian cuisine. The village of Chulilla especially is one of our favourites, the gorge and mountain scenery is truly breathtaking and a village not to be missed. Best to go in the last hour of daylight and leave when dark when the whole of the village and gorge is beautifully floodlit.
Just a few minutes walk away is great Carp fishing in a secluded little spot only known to locals (including Gordon) in the same canal further upstream Trout and Carp are clearly visible as they rest in the current.
